Brazilians are urged to save water ~ by urinating in the shower. This is being advertised all over the country through various humorous TV ads.

The group behind this is Brazilian environmental group SOS Mata Atlantica. According to this group, if a household avoids one flush a day, it can save up to 4,380 liters (1,157 gallons) of water annually.

Though the issue of saving environment is a serious one, the group uses humor to persuade people to reduce flushes. Television ads show cartoons of dancers, sportsmen and even aliens relieving themselves while showering in order to avoid flushing.

Narrated by children's voices, the ad ends with: "Pee in the shower! Save the Atlantic rainforest!"

This is what you can do on a toilet themed restaurant recently opened in Taiwan. Here, all the 100 seats are made from toilet bowls, not chairs. The tables are like wash basins and other tubs. The entire look of this toilet-themed restaurant is like that of a Toilet. First time you enter it, you feel you have entered a Public Toilet!!
